Who we are

This site is run by Baby Cents, 315 S Cesar Chavez Blvd, Dallas, TX 75201. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

When you check out, you’re making an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship or deliver your order. If we can’t fill an order, for example because of a pricing error, we’ll tell you and refund anything you paid.

Prices are in US dollars.

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Prices can change, but never for an order you’ve already placed. Shipping within the US is free. Prices include any sales tax that applies, so nothing is added at checkout.

Payment runs through Shopify.

Shopify processes every payment, and Shopify’s terms also apply to the payment itself. We never see your full card number.

The Money Kit renews until you cancel. Cancel anytime.

The Monthly Money Kit is optional. If you choose it, it renews automatically at the plan you picked (monthly, every 6 months, or yearly) and charges the same payment method until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime by emailing us. Canceling stops the next renewal, and you keep everything you’ve received. Details are in the refund policy.

The guarantee

Our content is ours.

The book, the games, the site and everything on it are owned by Baby Cents and protected by copyright. Use them with your own family. Please don’t copy, resell or share them publicly without written permission. The Digital + Audio Edition is for your household’s personal use.

It’s a book for families, not financial advice.

The book teaches money ideas to kids and the grown-ups beside them. It isn’t financial, legal or tax advice for your situation.

Text messages

If you check the text-message box at checkout, Baby Cents sends recurring automated marketing texts (reminders, tips and offers) to the mobile number you gave at checkout. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you’ll get one text confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or email support@babycents.com. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We send marketing texts only between 9am and 8pm your local time.

If you gave a phone number at checkout, we may also text you about your order, such as shipping updates. Reply STOP to stop those too.

Limitation of liability

We provide the site and our products “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Baby Cents isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order involved. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
